Found 2026-10-05 during the infra#550 review. workflow_run_list was asked for workflow: month2-readout.yml on mathias/trucker-ecommerce, but it returned runs from spend-ceiling.yml, account-changes.yml and PRs.
The Gitea endpoint /repos/{owner}/{repo}/actions/workflows/{workflow}/runs does filter correctly: curling it returned total=2 for month2-readout. The tool probably calls the repo-wide /actions/runs and drops the parameter.
Impact: an agent judging whether a scheduled workflow is stale from this tool gets the wrong answer.
