Subject: [PATCH] chore: retrigger CI after gitea-runner RBAC fix (round 6 of
 the CI/CD outage chain)

cd.yml's build+push+ssh chain fully worked last round (infra 707a3c0
landed via CD Bot). Final gap was RBAC: kubectl (new in baked-v6) had
no ServiceAccount permissions. Fixed in infra@949b333 (dedicated SA +
scoped Role/RoleBinding for flux-system + supervisor, verified live
via kubectl auth can-i before this retrigger). No code change here.
