mathiasandClaude Opus 5.5 f4636c7ef0 fix: creating and generated writes go through the brain root (#188, #158 part A) (#189)
CI / Lint / Test / Vet (push) Failing after 1m2s
Details
CI / Mirror to GitHub (push) Skipped
Details
New brainfs PutRegular (create or replace), CreateRegular (create only), AppendRegular, Remove and RealParent: missing parents created one component at a time through the root, every existing component a real directory, new files created with O_EXCL and confirmed before writing. brain_write, promote/reject (O_EXCL create, source kept on refusal), StampProvenanceFile, BuildWingIndex, RebuildIndex, AppendLog and the tunnel candidate log use them; provenance.ApplyFile removed.

Fixes #188. Refs #158. Adversarial review: BLOCKED, BLOCKED, PASS.

Closes #144 (audit line per tools/call) and #145 (origin/written_by stamped on every model-reachable write, surfaced in brain_query/brain_get).

Passed pr-gatekeeper after four rounds of adversarial review, verified by execution: #147

mathiasandClaude Sonnet 5 674858fe5e fix(watcher): never walk into raw/rejected/ — brain_reject (closes #81)

Details
CI / Mirror to GitHub (push) Successful in 4s
Details
Adds brain_reject (RejectNote + MCP tool) and fixes the watcher to skip raw/rejected/, preventing declined notes from being silently re-ingested and republished.

mathiasandClaude Opus 4.8 14b04a25cb feat(brain): ListPending + PromoteNote — raw→wiki curation primitives (#38)
Closes the human curation loop: list brain/raw/ notes awaiting review
(oldest-first, with excerpt) and promote one into brain/wiki/<wing>/<hall>/.

PromoteNote rewrites frontmatter (sets wing/hall/promoted_at, preserves
created_at + custom fields via the existing frontmatter editor), rebuilds
the wing _index, and runs auto-tunnel. Atomic from the caller's view:
hall/wing/slug/collision validation happens before any fs change, and the
source is deleted only after the destination write succeeds (write-then-
delete, never move) — a collision or write failure leaves raw/ intact.
Default slug = filename minus the YYYY-MM-DD- prefix.

Also exposes GET /pending + POST /promote for shell scripts (bad
hall/collision/missing-source → 400, not 500).

Scope note: operates on raw/ (the retrospective-skill review queue) per
this issue's spec. The knowledge/ legacy pile is #22's bulk-migration
concern, not this ongoing queue.
