mathiasandClaude Opus 5	b3b555fa23	chore(context): adopt canonical context-sync.sh and re-sync adapters ... infra's scripts/context-sync.sh is the estate canonical, and it moved in infra 262369b (a SIGPIPE fix on the placeholder-reporting path: `printf | grep -o | head -1` became `head -1 < <(grep -o ...)`). Every other repo still carried the old line, so ContextSyncScriptDrift and ContextAdapterDrift were both firing. Also picks up the canonical AGENT.md change from local-dev a01ee80 — rule 5's GitOps review lane and the new precedence rule — which every repo's adapters need regenerated for regardless of the script. mathias	4e8bdc137e	fix(context): sync to the estate canonical context-sync.sh (ADR-0019) ... Caught by the new estate-wide context-sync-drift gate (infra, ADR-0019). This repo's copy had diverged from the canonical established in dma-cli/ infra -- synced to it, dead Cursor/Aider artifacts removed (2026-09-01 harness decision), Taskfile's drift assertion narrowed to match, adapters regenerated against the current canonical AGENT.md. mathias	7a27cf71a2	chore(context): drop cursor + aider adapters from generator ... Cursor and Aider are not supported harnesses. Remove generate_cursor and generate_aider, their no-arg calls, and their case arms. mathiasandClaude Opus 4.7	e922471229	fix(context-sync): short-circuit when root AGENT.md is unreachable ... In CI's clean checkout the tree-walk for ~/dev/.context/AGENT.md finds nothing, leaving ROOT_CONTEXT empty. The script previously proceeded to regenerate AGENTS.md, .cursorrules, .aider.conventions.md, and .context/system-prompt.txt as project-only — but the committed versions are root+project, so the drift gate added in cc401d9 fails CI on every push. When no root context is reachable, only regenerate CLAUDE.md (which is project-only by design — Claude Code walks up the tree itself to find the root). The root-bearing adapters are left untouched, eliminating the false-positive drift. Local runs (with root context reachable) are unchanged. Nothing in the workspace uses the HANDROLLED escape hatch anymore — the infra repo (its only consumer) was migrated to the standard pattern. Removing the dead code: HANDROLLED_MARKER constant, skip_if_handrolled function, and call sites in each generator. Sync output for any non- HANDROLLED file (i.e., every file we have) is unchanged. mathias	a34c66d7cd	fix: update scripts/context-sync.sh with HANDROLLED sentinel support ... Phase 4 sweep updated .gitignore and Taskfile.yml but missed this script. Copy the canonical from ~/dev/project-template/ so the HANDROLLED escape hatch works in this project (a CLAUDE.md or adapter file containing '<!-- HANDROLLED: do not regenerate -->' near the top is now skipped on regeneration).	2026-04-29 16:41:56 +02:00
