Found in the PR #160 review, 2026-10-03; predates it. audit.NewNtfyNotifier sends every message with the Title header "brain-capture audit degraded". It's now shared by governance-edit alerts and the symlink tripwire (#157), so a symlink-removal alert shows up on the phone under a capture-audit title.

Fix: let callers set a title (e.g. Notifier.NotifyTitled, or a per-instance title in the constructor) and have the tripwire use "brain symlink tripwire". Done when each alert source shows its own title, with a test asserting the header.
