My docs commit 5dfd2c0 (local-dev#42) regenerated the adapters from a git worktree, where scripts/context-sync.sh finds no root AGENT.md and silently falls back to "project context only": AGENTS.md went from 510 to 98 lines and lost the estate's behaviour rules (Crush, Pi, Antigravity and OpenCode read only the repo's own AGENTS.md). Regenerated with ROOT_CONTEXT=~/dev/.context/AGENT.md (574 lines; the local-dev#42 section is kept). CLAUDE.md is project-only by design. Source: infra#563. Risk: low (derived files only).
