mathiasandClaude Sonnet 5.5 5bd41077af test(store): the reconciliation survives the round trip, and its absence stays absent (red) 
Counts and contested spots round-trip; a single-engine transcript has NO
reconciliation (nil, not empty -- the page must not claim a second opinion); a
skipped reconciliation keeps its reason.

Red: Transcription.Reconciliation is stored nowhere and UploadedTranscript has none.

mathiasandClaude Sonnet 5.5 4b557209c8 test(store): Store API for uploaded transcripts (red) 
Lifecycle queued -> transcribing -> done|failed, per-row serving endpoint,
segments JSONB round trip, owner-only get/write (not-found, not forbidden),
list without transcript text, and the start-up sweep that fails unfinished
rows as `interrupted` for every user (audio is not retained, so no resume).

Red: CreateUpload and friends are undefined.
