mathias	31251a41c3	feat: add domain entities (Clean Architecture core) ... Pure domain types matching docs/data-model.md: User, Subscription, Video, Transcript, Summary, plus Provider and TranscriptSource enums. Stdlib-only, no outward dependencies — the innermost layer.
