  feat: onboarding burst picks likely-good videos + stronger model (ADR-028)

  Phase-2 of the onboarding-wow work. The connect-time burst now selects newest
  LIKELY-GOOD videos (junk-avoiding via persisted duration_s) and summarizes them
  with a stronger model (iguana/gemma4-26b) leading a burst-only chain. Cached-first
  was investigated and rejected (~3% pilot overlap). Not a throughput change.
