  ADR-020. Bound auto-summarize to a recency window (TAPIR_AUTO_SUMMARIZE_WINDOW,
  default ~7d) so the back-catalogue stops self-inflicting 429s; surface scarcity
  honestly (queue copy, gradual-fill note, no over-promising verbs); collapse the
  older + caption-less videos in a single feed. Plus filter slimming, detail back
  link, segmented watched/skipped, dropped empty terms checkbox, and orphan-user
  DB cleanup.
