Gitea host renamed (infra ADR-0004); the mcp-chassis dep already migrated
(3329ff3), so the sequencing gate is clear. `go mod edit -module` + bulk import
rewrite across all .go files. gitea-mcp is a server binary (not an imported
library), so no downstream consumers break. build + task check green.

mathiasandClaude Sonnet 4.6 e95e87e8e3 feat(tools): pr_files_diff with caps 
Returns per-file unified diff for a PR, capped at 20KB/file and 200KB
total response. Files exceeding per-file cap report truncated+omitted_lines;
files that would push the response over 200KB go to omitted_files.
