chore: retrigger CI after gitea-runner baked-v6 (ssh/skopeo/buildctl/kubectl)

check job passed clean on baked-v5; mirror job then exposed missing
ssh/ssh-keyscan. Fixed in infra@707a3c0, which also preemptively adds
skopeo/buildctl/kubectl for cd.yml's deploy job. No code change here —
retriggering for the full CI->CD end-to-end proof.
