chore(context): re-sync derived adapters (Python fallback stack, error-handling note)
CI / Lint / Test / Vet (push) Failing after 1s
CI / Mirror to GitHub (push) Has been skipped

Canonical ~/dev/.context/AGENT.md drifted (Python fallback stack table
row, Python error-handling convention) without a hyperguild commit
re-running task context:sync since — task check's drift gate has been
failing CI on every push since the sprint-1 commits landed, blocking
CD entirely (unrelated to those commits' own content: lint/test/vet
all pass clean, including -race).
